Addendum 12/20/2023: I noticed that Brynna has gotten "Google My Business" to eliminate my review from her overall rating. This is bogus on Google's part, and VERY dishonest on Brynna's part. Jeff Lockwood's client review is quite a bit older than mine, and "N T" and Mariel Pastor are both therapists, not clients! Do you REALLY want a dishonest therapist? Brynna Sibilla is a technically skilled therapist, but she does not have the empathy that is necessary to be effective. Most of the work in therapy is done within the all-i... read more

Brynna Sibilla is a technically skilled therapist, but she does not have the empathy that is necessary to be effective. Most of the work in therapy is done within the all-important client-therapist relationship, and I found it impossible to form the relationship I needed with her, even after 3 years. After the second time she threatened to terminate my therapy, to avoid the feelings of abandonment that would have resulted, I quit. I feel very lucky to have Brynna as a therapist. I have found healing I never imagined possible and grown into a person that I am more and more proud to be. She supported me through some incredibly difficult times in my life, and I always feel met with warmth, compassion and care. I could not recommend her more highly.
Brynna judged me, shamed me, and scolded me, then she manipulated me into believing the problems in our therapeutic relationship were my fault. Any "warmth" or "compassion" she showed me felt as fake as a $3 bill. I regret ever engaging with her.
