I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. Their equipment was old.
