Beautiful flowers delivered and have continued to hold their beauty for well over a week with minimal upkeep. My friend from out of town called a few places around and Bryn Mawr flowers were the most helpful and nice and priced well. Happy to have found this local florist.
I called in because I didn't see anything on the website that resembled what I was looking for. I spoke to a really nice gentleman and requested a "rustic" arrangement as a surprise for my friend's one month wedding countdown. I provided the colors and Bryn Mawr Flower Shop did the rest! It turned out absolutely perfect and was even better than I had imagined for her. Thank you, she loved them!
My grant niece came to America and she also had her birthday. I placed two orders of flower arraignments online form Bryn Mawr Flowers and they went over and beyond with their standards. Kim took my order and she was very professional she helped me with choosing the cards and she did everything making sure the flowers will arrive exactly on time I requested. I called about 12 noon today to have an arrangement sent to my daughter after an On-line order fiasco. The shop was closing in 2 hours. Kim was just exceptionally kind and accommodating. She said they could be delivered today and the flowers were delivered in a little over an hour!!! My daughter loves them and so do I. Now that is customer service!! Thank you very much!
I had ordered flowers from another state to be delivered locally. The recipient was away on vacation (which I hadnt known prior to ordering), and Bryn Mawr Flower Shop went above and beyond to make sure my friend received her bouquet! They attempted to deliver three (3) times, but no one home. They also called but my friend fired their voice mail. Additionally, they left a delivery notice at the house.
