I recently move from San Francisco to the Main Line and had a serious dental emergency when my lower implant plate cracked, then broke in half. Dr. Richardson squeezed me into his schedule and despite the problem getting worse before I was able to see him, he was able to help me without my having to scramble to find - and pay for - an oral surgeon. He and everyone else in the office were genuinely kind and caring, and I so appreciate them helping out. And now I have a dentist - one of my to-dos upon relocating here.
Hidden fees that are charged on top of a routine cleaning that should be covered 100% by insurance. Appointments are constantly cancelled by front desk despite being made months in advance, to be told that the next available appointment is 6-9 months in advance. This place is a wreck
