LaJoel Lovett, owner of Brymar, completed a "date of death" appraisal for my family home. The appraisal was somewhat difficult due to the need to determine the effect of a death in the property on its value. LaJoel took his time and even the CPA who reviewed the report commented on how well written the report was. LaJoel has been appraising properties for many years and has worked with a number of other Agents I know as well. I highly recommend Brymar/LaJoel for residential appraisals in the Bay Area.
