Working with Gabi has been a great experience. I hadn’t been to a gym in a while, and she made me feel comfortable. I’ve done both 1:1 training and the ladies group sessions, and I’ve enjoyed both. The environment is supportive, welcoming, and encouraging. Chill vibes make showing up so much easier. Gabi is always responsive, takes the time to answer questions, and guides you through workouts whenever you need. I’m really happy with my progress and love feeling stronger each week.
This gym has everything you could want or need to powerlift or body build. My favorite part about it is that it’s tucked away, with a big garage door. The owners take pride in the maintenance and cleanliness of the place. I also love the fact that there’s a purified water cooler to fill up your bottle, sometimes hydration packs and snacks for after your workout. I've been a remote client working with Jeromy at Bryksquad for the last few years building my lifts. Jeromy has been key to my progress on all of my main lifts, and becoming more proficient and each of the movements. Jeromy knows the lifts and accessories and was quick to identify areas of improvement and helped rebuild my bench and improve my squat depth and deadlifts along the way. What a great gym in North Royalton, Ohio. Jeromy and Gab have done it right. My favorite thing about this place is the culture and vibe. Everyone there from trainers to clients are all in!!! Everyone wants to see everyone succeed. Iron sharpens iron mentality.
