Awful customer service. RUN!!! f I could give zero stars I would, I had previously purchased 2 vehicles from Justin Bean and thought of course I should go back to him. WORST MISTAKE EVER. Justin took a deal off the table rather than trying to negotiate after things didn’t work the way we had BOTH originally thought then told me not to call him back or contact him anymore, THEN proceeded to text me trying to get us back in. Their service department saved my day! Traveled from another state on business. Due to the extreme cold (-10) the blower fan in my car quit. There was no way I would have made the 3 hour ride home without heat. James and crew arranged for me to drop off my car that day and scheduled a driver to take me back to my meeting. 2 hours later my car was done! The driver was waiting outside the building to take me back to pick up my car. I was back at my meeting stress free in minutes. So grateful to their team and their excellent s... read more
