Brycon does not give its raises when they are due, when an employee moves up they take forever to give them their leadership pay. And also claim they do not back pay . So why tell your employee they moved up and so did their pay if you are going to take longer than 3 months to give them the pay that goes with the responsibility of a high position. You already can't keep good employees and and are basically withholding pay from your good employees. Hr needs to step up.
