The front desk girl Taryn was exceptionally professional.
Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I never ever ever make a complaint, but what I saw today seriously calls that driver’s morals into question. Today (April 1, 2026), one of their drivers was extremely reckless and nearly caused a serious accident. They drove aggressively and actually ran me off the road without any regard for safety. I have been trying to get work that I paid for completed by this company for several months. They are not returning my calls and all I keep getting is a voicemail. I even attempted to get in touch with their parent company, but they made it clear they were not interested in getting involved and helping us wrap the remainder of our contract either.
I do not know this company personally, but one of their drivers was driving very recklessly and aggressively on the road. It was unsafe and concerning for other drivers. I hope the company can address this behavior to prevent future incidents.
