My visit with Dr. Wyatt was extremely disappointing and upsetting. From the beginning, he appeared rushed both during our office interaction and throughout the procedure. His communication was unprofessional, and when I expressed that I was in significant pain, instead of showing concern or offering adequate relief, he seemed irritated and pressured me to continue despite my discomfort. I went to the ER on Saturday with severe pain and vomiting. After a CT scan and morphine, I was diagnosed with two kidney stones. The hospital recommended I follow up with Dr. Wyatt, so I made an appointment hoping for relief and a treatment plan. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. I was extremely pleased with my recent interactions with Bryce Wyatt. I had the Rezum procedure in August, 2024. The surgery went extremely well. He was very clear in explaining what I should expect from the surgery, the length of recuperation, and ultimate outcome. Everything he told me was right on point. Having my second surgery next week with Dr. Wyatt. Professional and takes the time to explain your options and helps you through the process. Nice front office guys also, just had some problems with response and communication back and forth from the group they use for imaging. Not his people's issue, they were great.
