Visited Dr. Munson today looking for some water irrigation to unblock my earwax. She wouldn’t acknowledge what I told her and insisted that it’s an infection and don’t need to unblock it. She became irritated and arrogant when I expressed different opinions, and started to reply back with “I’m the Director here… I worked twenty years…” and refused to help me further. Dr Munson was so nice to me. She used her professional knowledge to answer my questions, calm me down and gave me helpful suggestions.
I was assigned Dr. Munson today when I came into urgent care after a bad fall on a walk. She was compassionate, attentive, and a wonderful doctor, thank you!
