He's cocky and arrogant. I went in with serious concerns and he just dismissed them plus, if you go in for a check up you'll be finished in less than 10 minutes.
I was having major skin issues and the medication he prescribed caused an allergic reaction. He told me to continue to use it for 3 more days. Which I did by the time I went off of it I had to be on a steroid due to the side effects. Then he said the only solution was to take Gabapentin. I said I didn't want to take anything that aggressive. He said that was the only solution. Saw Dr Desmond in 2023 for a Harry Potter lightning brown mark on my nose. He used liquid nitrogen to remove. Looked worse after it healed. He repeated the procedure again 6 months later. Still looked bad after it healed. Went to another dermatologist. Now 2 years after the first visit they discovered Melanoma. Perhaps Dr. Desmond could spend less time looking at his watched? Pissed.
Dr Desmond is great. He takes his time with you.
