100% recommend. I moved from Claremont to LA and still drive out to Upland to see Dr. Bryce. The entire staff is wonderful, smart, and well equipped to do their job efficiently and happily. Dr. Tsai does cleanings himself and is so calm and relaxed. He remembers you (even if just visiting twice a year) and I've never had any discomfort when I'm there. Easy to get an appointment as well (though they are closed on Fridays so keep that in mind).
Been going to the Tsai dentist for many, many years. No longer have dental insurance but I'll pay to go there. The staff is wonderful and caring
Love Dr. Tsai and his wonderful staff. When a practice has the same employees for years, it speaks volumes about the practice and dentist. Love the entire staff. Always explain costs, procedures and outcome of treatment plan
Drs. Bryce and Amy Tsai are the most honest, caring and professional dentists my husband and I have ever had. We have been going to them for our dental care for over 20 years now. They have never recommended dental services that weren't necessary. They are conservative in their approach and they take the utmost care of their patients. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a competent and professional dental practice. Their office staff is also top rate! I can't say enough positive things about them!!!
I have been going here for many, many years and I always have such a wonderful experience. The front desk lady is always so sweet. Dr Tsai is very gentle, patient, and always explains everything in a lot of detail. The dental hygienists are so gentle and caring. I love coming here! I am so glad my husband is able to come here as well.
