Didn’t open on time, all the staff was busy getting their morning doughnuts. Once I was called to the back it went ok. It seems that they have a shortage of equipment since several had to share the same item.
Had to wait somewhat sometime for my appointment cause of emergency patients that where ahead of me , so my appointment went over three hours however I was seen and that's important. However the doctor and his staff rushed out towards the end I had questions about my prescription I wasn't done asking the doctor but the staff members ushered me quickly and felt rush. I don't appreciate that as a patient that got there at 220 and left by 540 I think I deserve as all patients little more consideration.
I was very happy with this visit and Dr Johnson’s assistants. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is that there was a bit of a wait to be seen. Otherwise it was great
I've been going to Dr Johnson at Filmore Eye clinic for several years and I am very satisfied with my past and recent visit.
I took my 3 year old to have his first eye exam with Dr Johnson this morning. I was more than just pleased with the care Dr Johnson provided. He thoroughly explained the results of the exam and made the experience wonderful for my son. My son felt very comfortable and did not hesitate getting the exam done. I highly recommend him and his office!
