I had an umbilical hernia surgery on 1/12/2018 with a mesh placed in me. I stated to the DR. that my stomach is swollen and still hurt to touch and I am unable to lay on either side without pain. He stated it's due to weight gain which it is NOT! prior to surgery I was able to lay comfortably. I vomit at least 2x's a week I am now seeing a GI specialist which he stated it may be the mesh & may need to be removed. Something definitely went wrong with this surgery I never had issues in the past.
Great doctor; he took the time to answer each and every question that my family and I put to him, and we had a lot. Not only did he answer the questions but he made sure that we understood his answers. He seemed genuinely concerned about all of my questions and concerns regarding my surgery. He never rushed me or made me feel that I was not important.
