Did an appraisal on my home and Diane appraised it at $185k...less then 45 days later I sold the home and closed at $235k!!! Only use her if you are fighting your property tax adjustment!!!
This appraiser will under value your home by up to 25k and is extremely unprofessional in their interactions. If you have the opportunity to have a brain dead worm appraise your house they would do a better job than this place.
This is one of the worst apprasial companies out there !! She charges $950 and uses all wrong comps !! I’m trying to refi a rental property that I owned for 10+ years never refinance this home and with her apprasial I was upside down in my loan lol how is that possible ???? she didn’t even use my next door neighbor that sold 2 months ago 60% higher than what she valued my house at !!! The appraiser seems to not take the job seriously. Poorly measured square footage of home and used comps that were nearly a year old. Never took into account upgrades and views. Seems likely that most banks and customers are getting a poor effort for these services. Don’t recommend.
So unprofessional and rude. NEXT!
