Called to ask about warranty repair. Customer service person was rude and condescending. He didn't want my business and he couldn't be bothered to listen to me. I can only imagine how much more difficult they will be if I were to have them actually do repair work on my lawn mower. I will gladly drive multiple hours to a different repair shop to avoid this nightmare.
