We rented a unit to move into Sept 6th moving here from Newport OR. We had mechanical problems in Medford and we didn't make it until after 5pm to Redding. We called enroute to let them know at approximately 3pm on the 6th. We were given a place to store our belongs with family so we wanted a refund. We continued calling and leaving a voice message for a call back from the 7th thru the 15th with no call back. We did text messages as well with no return message.
