3 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 2.5 Star : Customer Service I called the shop a day after my expected finished date and a guy told me he would call me back to let me know if my car was finished. He never called back. I called again and got no answer. Finally on Friday I called again and was asked if I already picked up my car which I hadn't. They had to locate my car and call me back. My car was finished that Monday but I wasn't able to get until that Friday, why? 5 Star : Returned Clean
