Used the locksmith this morning. He was at my house within 10 mins, and had my door open within 5 mins. very polite and professional!
Bryant's True Value has more than enough knowledgeable employees to help every customer that comes into their store and they take the time to help get you what you need. This is two of many assets they have above the big name hardware stores. It also feels nice to be called by name as soon as you walk through the door. We are fortunate to have this hometown hospitality that you cannot find in most cities.

Just had my riding mower serviced by them. They did an amazing job getting it back into tip top shape. The blade cuts the grass like a hot knife through butter. Tammy at the Service Desk was so nice to deal with. She got it back to us quickly and we so appreciate her kindness. Every staff member that I have ever dealt with is very helpful and knowledgeable.
