He failed to take care of my taxes like he said he was going to and now I can't contact him. I've tried the phone like 8 times, email, and Facebook. I'm happy to change my rating as soon as I hear back from him. I just want to know what is going on.
I turned my taxes in for preparation and after 4mo he never finished them, showed up for meetings, nor returned my personal information even after countless requests. I tried FB, email, phone calls, registered letter,, direct contact at buisness, texts, and even the better buisness bureau in order to contact him. No response. His actions cost me alot of time, stress, and money. Please review the 2020 postings from other people on the BBB, FB, Google, and other internet locations before using.
