Spent time on the phone, back n forth with many emails, she never got impatient , I even waited over 2 months to actually buy the bond and she not only reissued it with current dates but got my wife name whom I am separated from off of the bond as it was auto sourced by the system but she did it all with a SMILE and top rated service. I needed a bond for my Plumbing buissness in order to get a contractor id in a certain county to pull a permit . I received an autoemail during my correspondence with the person who was helping me telling me she would be out of the office but if I need immediate help I could call x person at x number . Not only did nobody pick up but nobody called back . If you are running a buissness and need a bond for that I would go elsewhere the sense of urgency is zero and it would have been one thing to say I'm out of the office noone... read more

I PREVIOUSLY WORKED WITH BRYANT SURETY BONDS, IT WAS A NO-BRAINER WHEN I NEEDED TO SECURE A BOND FOR OUR NEW COMPANY. I WORKED WITH KIM REICH. SHE WAS KIND, COURTEOUS, EASY TO WORK WITH, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. SHE WORKED QUICKLY AS I WAS PRESSED FOR TIME AND SHE GAVE ME MANY AVAILABLE OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM. SHE MADE HERSELF AVAILABLE EVERY TIME I CONTACTED HER. I WILL BE CALLING BRYANT SURETY BONDS AGAIN AND RECOMMENDING THEM.
I know there are other great reviews but i'll do my part in letting people know they overcharge despite good credit scores. When asked why the prices were so high Lisa simply decided to drop my application, no explanation, nothing, Reached out again for clarification and still haven't heard anything. Seems like a turn and burn operation that cant be bothered to return messages. Hope your experience is better
