I had a bathroom built in my basement three years ago, and unfortunately, the toilet wasn’t seated correctly, causing leaks under the vinyl tile floor. The OSB board under the floor was glued to the concrete, and with the leak, it soaked up water like a sponge – a real mess! Andy from Bryant Renovations came to the rescue. He removed all the damaged materials, scraped the rotten wood off the floor, and installed a new vinyl floor. Andy just finished remodeling our bathroom. It turned out better than we could have hoped for. Andy came up with ideas and solutions to minimize the cost and work to be done. He was considerate of our schedule and kept us informed throughout the project of any concerns and potential problems. Andy and his crew are best-in-class! Honesty, communication, and quality of work rings out the loudest. Bryant Renovations has done numerous projects on my rentals and my tenants love the end product! After COVID, it is hard to find a company that is as reliable as Bryant Renovations! Attached is one of my favorites. New lower kitchen cabinets, new countertop, new dishwasher, and sink.
Andy and his crew was absolutely amazing. Had him insulate my garage, relocate my well pump and water softeners, and install a new toilet and wash tub. He even came to my home at 8pm when my water line started leaking bad just so I could have my water. If you need a contractor for any of your remodel or new build needs he is the guy to call.
Andy is reliable, hardworking, and honest. He pays attention to the details and does great work. Andy remodeled our kitchen removing walls, adding a beam, adding a new kitchen island, laying a new tile floor and replacing a sliding patio door, and it's all beautiful. We're looking forward to having our basement done next!
