This real estate company is a wreck. We are late 30s professional couple who were looking for a clean upper middle class home to rent. We had sat in a hotel on Market St for 2 weeks when we found the perfect home for us controlled by Bryant.To make a long story short....We were/are more than qualified to rent the home. We had all our paperwork ready, proof of income, tax docs, proof of employment in Wilmington ect.... They told us 24hrs on getting an answer on getting approved. Very unprofessional. Julie has been my rental agent and never follows up on my requests. My house has over grown weeds, tenants are not taking care. All she needs to do is a drive-by to see the place and she wont even do that. She sends me invoices for work that hasnt even been done. If you list your house with Bryant dont use Julie!!
Terrible correspondence on rentals. Never sent contract and ignored my requests. Extremely unprofessional company.
