STS management team were amazing. They have helped me for several years with advising and management help with my properties. They even went above and beyond to help me with a property that they were not even being compensated for. Above and beyond what I would have expected from a management company. Boo was the gentleman who helped me and has become an asset to work with. They are fast and very fair in the pricing structure. A++++ company to work with.
Boo has managed a house for me for a number of years. He's attentive to the condition of the property, he reacts quickly to the tenants requests, and maintains a good relationship with them, I feel his relationship with the tenants is the main reason I have had very little damage to the property and a low turnover rate in renters.
