If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible property conditions, upkeep, safety regulations, business ethics, and overall a disgusting level of customer service. Constant change of people in charge of my Property Management, all of them equally negligent, disrespectful, inconsiderate, and rude. I live next to a building managed by Bryant Properties. They are very lax in enforcing the smoke free multi unit housing SPMC Municipal Code. Also, they don't respond to inquires or emails from myself or my landlord to discuss how we can mutually work toward a smoke free environment and a safer environment. I don't know about their expertise managing properties, but I am a property owner myself and rang their offices for a reference and was treated very unnecessarily abrasively by the clerk (Janelle) who answered. I would assume that they handle their properties' tenants with the same care, kindness, and respect.

One of the most irresponsible property management companies, with a secretary that is not well aware about what's going on in appointments. It is a routine behavior for them to cancel appointments without notifying you and still not feel sorry, as well as hanging up a telephone call while you still talking! per indication.
