We are in our second month renting from Bryant Properties. Before we moved in, there were some appliances that needed replacing. Without hesitation, Larry made sure we had everything we needed. This included the stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Such a blessing to rent from people that care so much about their people! Thanks for taking care of us!
I rented one side of a duplex with Bryant Properties for 4.5 years and had a consistently good experience. I only had to make requests for maintenance things twice, but they responded quickly with immediate solutions both times. They sent out helpful notice emails when there were freeze warnings and were always professional and polite. If I hadn't moved in with my partner I would still be in the same unit as the rent was definitely reasonable compared to similar properties. Thanks for a great experience!
Won’t return any calls. Their number leads to an automated call in service that gives you bad info and wasted my time.
My wife has rented from Bryant for a 5 years and this is my third year renting one of their homes. They’re always so on top of things when we need repairs and always send our qualified people to help. They’re good people and we are lucky to have them manager the house we live in. Would recommend.
