New Yorkers love this small park in the heart of Midtown. With its French benches, colorful flower gardens, green lawn and numerous cultural events, Bryant Park is a peaceful place to take a moment to watch the world go by. Named after poet William Cullen Bryant, the site of this historic park has played an important role in New York City. After being officially designated a public park, the site's fortunes rose and fell with the times. A brilliant restoration in the 1990s transformed the space into the beautiful midtown oas... read more

A magic Park!!! In the heart of midtown NY, just a block from Times Square, in the middle of buildings, but perfectly located to have sunshine during several hours of the day specially after moving from Miami Beach. I needed to find my magic places in the speeding of Manhattan that will give me a feeling of relaxing for moments as it was on the beach and Bryant park was the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the moment sorrounded by beautiful trees and the blue sky some days during my lunch break. The kids n I really enjoyed ourselves ice skating yesterday. I would like to bring them back before it ends.
This is my very first time voting Bryant park even if we live here in New york but we don't have time to visit it. But the tree is beautiful & I love it.
Bryant Park is the very first public park I visited since I moved in NYC some 15 years ago. I love it then and now. Packed with activities all season round. Perfect view of two of the most iconic structures in NYC the Chrysler and Empire State building. Just next to the New York Public Library. Nature, architecture and skyscrapers on display! The cleanest restroom in a public park and lots of food options. Accessible to train and buses too. Is the Le Carrousel still there?
