RecommendedBeautiful park but please give the same attention ro the memorial plaque for fallen USMC Ronald Winchester as you do to the wonderful flowers. His plaque needs to be cleaned and kept clean, befitting a true hero
What a treasure in Midtown! Being there is as if one is transported to a neighborhood in Paris- from the carrousel to the BeauxArt architecture to the kiosks selling light refreshments to the planters filled with spring flowers, I felt a serenity that comes from getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city, if only for a little while....
This is truly a beautiful place to take rest and take in the true beauty and spirit of NYC. Recommend that you stop by and enjoy the park & people.
