About this business

New Yorkers love this small park in the heart of Midtown. With its French benches, colorful flower gardens, green lawn and numerous cultural events, Bryant Park is a peaceful place to take a moment to watch the world go by. Named after poet William Cullen Bryant, the site of this historic park has played an important role in New York City. Unfortunately, the reservation system is being mismanaged this year. The rink should offer reservations in 90-minute blocks, with roughly two-week lead times (right now the website claims the rink will "shut" in three days). Bryant Park Corp. desperately needs to hire someone who knows how to manage a skating rink.

Free film festival in the summer, free ice skating in the winter (typically a long wait and skate rentals are available) and small shops selling unique gifts, clean restrooms, this is one of the best parks to visit in NYC. Close to Times Square and Rockefeller Center.
