DO NOT MOVE HERE! There are mice in the buildings. The porches leak and will ruin your furniture. The management doesn’t answer the phone or emails. No one is ever in the office. I just found out that they never put any receipts of communication or work requested in your file. So when you try to call the owner, they say they don’t see anything in your file. Dear Ms. Gateman, I am sorry you feel that way. We hold our properties to a highest standard and our the Property Manager is available most days from 8-4 via phone, e-mail or by appointment. We also have a dedicated maintenance staff for any of your needs.
NEVER MOVE HERE. management is never on site. everything is broken. weve asked for 2 years in a row for new windows because theres a literal breeze in our bedroom. laundry machines always broken or dont work but still take your money. wouldnt give our new place our rental history when requested either!
Man, I would rate them a zero if I could. They sure like to screw people over. Charged thousands of dollars for something that management should have taken care of years ago.
Horrible place terrible management I do not recommend this to anybody I mean sure if you're new to renting it's not a bad place to get some rent in history but it's horrible worst management I've ever f***** seen
Absolutely appalled by the landlord, Alisha. She hardly did her job the entire time we lived there and took advantage of us, from a $150 fix but since she was lazy about it at the time, now is charging us $2,000.
