Could not be more impressed!!! My AC went out Saturday morning. I called at 8:00 AM and the owner answered. He spent 10 minutes with me over the phone trying to troubleshoot the problem...trying to help me avoid a maintenance call. After that didn't work, he scheduled a time to come out that afternoon.
