Paul from Bryant did a wonderful job doing maintenance on our heating system. He cleaned it, replaced the filter and made very sure everything was working perfectly. He also went over all the instructions for operation and answered any questions. Wonderful job!

We have been customers of Bryant Heating & Air Conditioning for about 30 years. During that time they have replaced and maintained our HVAC units, and their service has been nothing short of exceptional. Another example of their excellent workmanship, knowledge, and professionalism happened this past week, when they installed a new HVAC system to replace our aging system. Stay away from this company, they overcharged my elderly mom. I was out of town when she called them so I couldn’t really see what they are doing so she believed what the technician was saying. Once I came back I called other companies to inspect the job that was done. And they said not only that they overcharged us but also job was done poorly. Be aware.
My review is only based on what didn’t happen. I had someone come to my house to give me an estimate on replacing my HVAC system to a Carrier Infinity Series. The gentleman came and spent at least a half an hour going through the house and discussing my options. I was advised that the owner would send me a bid within the next few days. That was almost two weeks ago.
