My review is only based on what didn’t happen. I had someone come to my house to give me an estimate on replacing my HVAC system to a Carrier Infinity Series. The gentleman came and spent at least a half an hour going through the house and discussing my options. I was advised that the owner would send me a bid within the next few days. That was almost two weeks ago. We have been very happy with Bryant. The technician Paul who came to our home was very kind and professional. He made sure all our equipment/ systems were working perfectly. It’s good to know that they are taking care of our air conditioner and heating needs! Paul cleaned up after himself, after checking our systems out- you’d never have known he was here. Great job Paul !

Highest praise for Bryant Heating and Air Conditioning for installing our new Heat Pump! Matt was patient and extremely thorough explaining the workings of the heat pump as well as the pros and cons of installing one. Kevin, Courtney, Josh and Jimmy did the install over a few hot days and in addition to the exceptional quality of their work were all extremely friendly, clean and polite. Bryant Heating and Air provided excellent service - expert, cheerful, honest, good vibes from Mary in the office, to Matt who made the proposal to the two men who installed, Johnnie and Sebastian - everyone was efficient, enthusiastic and knew what they were doing. Great experience.
