The service work was excellent from my experience. Time will tell. The people arrived promptly to service the furnaces and the hot water heaters. The man in charge of their team was very professional and in charge. They worked quickly, cleanly, and quietly to replace the old furnace and explained everything. I paid them and they left with the old furnace and clean premises here. This is the second furnace Bryant has installed for us. They continue to do excellent work. They answer any questions we may have, and all the employees - both in the office and on the job- are competent and very polite. As a woman, I especially appreciate that they will explain anything I need to know, and are not the least bit rude or condescending. My husband and I are extremely pleased with is company and will continue to use them when necessary.

Our furnace quit working Christmas morning! Placed a phone call, and Jerry called back promptly and graciously assisted us by sending Todd who diagnosed and corrected the problem with his expertise—all the while displaying a cheerful work ethic on Christmas Day! Thank you Bryant—most impressed with your service.

Furnace stopped functioning on a Saturday morning (of course) and I called and left a message. My call returned immediately and Dan was here within an hour and fixed the problem. Great service. Great guy. Most impressed.

We were having issues with our tankless water heater. Ended up that it was at the end of it's life. Todd was very helpful throughout the process of installing a new one and even followed up with a personal phone call to be sure that everything was working properly and that we were totally satisfied.
