Bryant Heating and Air Conditioning is the best business that I have ever did business with! All the Technicians are very respectful and have a of knowledge. They are not there to put things in that don't need to be replaced. They respond to every heating and air conditioning problems in a small amount of time. I couldn’t be happier with everything Bryant has done for me, which has been a lot. I purchased an older home and had experienced numerous issues with the furnace for the main house. The addition has its own furnace, installed by Bryant prior, which has never had a concern. It was apparent the old furnace needed replacing, and after going through an excruciating summer without air conditioning there was no way I could live without it. The service work was excellent from my experience. Time will tell. The people arrived promptly to service the furnaces and the hot water heaters. The man in charge of their team was very professional and in charge. They worked quickly, cleanly, and quietly to replace the old furnace and explained everything. I paid them and they left with the old furnace and clean premises here. There were difficulties with the woman who runs the office who was extremely confrontational and there was no follow up call from her after service ... read more

This is the second furnace Bryant has installed for us. They continue to do excellent work. They answer any questions we may have, and all the employees - both in the office and on the job- are competent and very polite. As a woman, I especially appreciate that they will explain anything I need to know, and are not the least bit rude or condescending. My husband and I are extremely pleased with is company and will continue to use them when necessary.

Our furnace quit working Christmas morning! Placed a phone call, and Jerry called back promptly and graciously assisted us by sending Todd who diagnosed and corrected the problem with his expertise—all the while displaying a cheerful work ethic on Christmas Day!
