If you’re a casual lifter, this gym does the job. However if you’re a powerlifter or Olympic weightlifter, you’ll need to find a gym off-base. Also the ventilation in the men’s locker room is horrible.
Tried The Breakfast Club smoothie, added Peanut Butter. Worth all 12 dollars. It's literally a meal...A delicious meal.
Clean facility with friendly staff and just a 10 minute walk from lodging. Large array of cardio and weight training equipment. Highly recommended.
