They said they would be there first thing in AM but did not show up and did not call. Also I had asked for an estimate and they gave me an hourly rate but then they showed up (the day after they said they would) with 2 men for a simple job and billed me double the hourly quoted due to two men showing up. They should have disclosed that upfront when I asked.
