Our basement always smelled a bit musty, and we couldn’t figure out why. After a full air duct cleaning, the crew showed us photos of mold residue near one of the return vents. They scrubbed and sanitized every inch of the system, including the furnace and coils, and the smell disappeared immediately. They also gave advice to keep moisture out of the ducts in the future. Outstanding service and attention to detail.

This service was worth every penny. I could actually feel the difference in airflow right after they finished. The technicians were polite and patient they took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. They even pointed out a small leak in one of my ducts so I could get it repaired before it became a bigger issue. Excellent work.

After months of inconsistent airflow and a musty smell in the house, I finally scheduled air duct cleaning. The team arrived right on time, wore protective gear, and did a very thorough job. I was especially impressed by the professionalism and the fact that they didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services. I’ll be using them again in the future for regular maintenance.

Since I operate a home daycare, air quality is crucial. They cleaned all of the coils and vents, installed a UV light system, and completely cleaned the ducts. The following day, parents even remarked on how clean the air smelled. I will now do this annually.

Coil cleaning was never something I thought of until Leo explained how much it affects the HVAC’s efficiency. We were having uneven cooling and rising utility bills. When he opened the coil compartment, it was full of dust and even mildew. He cleaned everything thoroughly and also vacuumed out our air ducts and blower. Our AC now cools faster, and our energy bill has already improved. Leo was honest, friendly, and didn’t pressure us into anything unnecessary.!!
