This brand new Bryant Xcel Home Smart residential AC unit is totally fake junk. Xcel installed this Bryant AC in my house last year. It does not blow cold. Again, it’s not cold. I told the installer and he said it’s not cold b/c your walls aren’t cold. Once your walls are cold then it will be cold. Bogus! A year later it is still not cold. Also Xcel’s faulty installation causes my furnace cabinet to squeak and rattle. I have to shut it all off to get the noise to stop. This unit is a total rip off. I bought the furnace not even a year ago the first snow we get here my house is freezing cold I can’t get it to turn on i tried calling they kept transferring my call i told them i have a newborn at home i need someone to come out and turn it on no one came out i called back the girl who answer had no record of my furnace purchased their customer service is a joke i will take this to corporate because they didn’t care how cold it was in my home with my kids
