Very poor! Dr. Bryant barely spent any time with me, waited over 30 minutes. While receiving therapy from a technician, she explained that the adjustment I would be receiving in a few minutes from Dr. Bryant would really make me feel better than the machine I was on. When Dr. Bryant finally arrived, he told me he had to wait to give me an adjustment. The receptionist and he both looked sheepish. What happened during that 30 minutes when he had my x-rays? Why did my friends receive a full treatment, observation, x-rays, and an adjustment, but I needed to come back? Why should I pay double for another visit? It was the end of the day and he wanted to be somewhere. THIS DOCTOR LACKS INTEGRITY. When I brought up these issues with him on the phone, he got real defensive, began to raise his voice, and cut me off several times. The fact that he got real emotional shows his guilt. He made no attempt to resolve the issue, which would be the “professional thing to do.”

Because I wanted to check with insurance before submitting to x-rays, Dr Bryant did not treat me. We agreed I would come back - and receptionist advised me there was no charge since he did not treat me. Two - three weeks later, I receive a bill - Dr Bryant billed my insurance company $75, and charged me $45, although he never treated me!

Dr. Bryant was the rudest "Dr." I have ever visited. I was visibly uncomfortable having to TAKE ALL MY CLOTHES OFF for a chiropractic exam of my shoulder, and his bedside manner was awful. He demanded he take an x-ray to treat me, to which I said I could not afford at this time, and could only afford an adjustment. He promptly said "HAVE A GOOD DAY!", and stormed out of the room. TERRIBLE!!!

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left
