I couldn't recommend these folks highly enough. My call was answered on the third ring, the technician was at my house within two hours of my call (would have been one hour, but I wasn't ready for him). Matt was absolutely fantastic. Diagnosed the problem in minutes, explained everything to me clearly, and finished repairs in a little over an hour. Friendly, fast, professional, and cost was reasonable -- great customer service.
Incredibly pleased with the service provided by Bryant-Burnett Heating & Air Conditioning! They were quick to respond and on time. They came out to inspect my old furnace in the crawl space and tried fixing it. No luck (as expected, it was over 20+ years old) but they were honest and transparent about pricing for a new furnace. They were able to get it done within a matter of days of my first call. Would highly recommend!
