I love Dr. Juburi. He’s very knowledgeable & easy to talk to. I’ve been a patient for a little over 2 years. However, some of the staff aren’t the most pleasant. I’ve literally been trying to get a pre-authorization approved for over a month. I’ve been hung up on purposefully by a staff member who was rude & even more rude when I told her she was being rude. Very personable and clearly knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things thoroughly and isn’t afraid to admit when something is outside his expertise — whether it's a new medication or a specialized procedure. There’s no smoke and mirrors, just honesty and care. One thing to note: he does recommend getting bloodwork twice a year, but unless you’re older or managing specific health concerns, once a year may be sufficient.
