Bad warranty on product and doesn't stand by workmanship. Racist as well and like doing business with women due to lack of mechanical knowledge
Be prepared for expensive repairs. Also he says that he told me to bring my car back in and have the lug nuts tightened after one week. I don't remember him ever saying that and my car started to get a death wobble. I checked the wheel that he took off several days after it was repaired and I was missing several lug nuts. Went back and told him about it and he was very defensive and told me that he only tightens up lug nuts to the manufacturer's specifications. Why would somebody do that?
