Way to expensive Quality of cleaning was okay but you can get the same for better prices within a couple blocks of this place. Try Arroyo Cleaners just down the street on Arroyo Parkway. It's a mom and pop shop and they do great cleaning for much less.

Way Too Expensive I recently moved to this area and my friend recommended Bryan's. So, I went without getting other referrals. Boy, what a shocker when I picked them up. I don't pay that amount for shoes let alone dry cleaning. They charged $150 for 16 pieces. They charged $12.95 for one sweater!! They were nice and the job was well done, but they are definitely are out of my price range. I was so upset when I got home, I called to tell them that their prices are outrageous and with the cost of living today, gas and food, th... read more

They do a great job with cleaning hard to wash clothing like wedding dresses, tuxedos, and the like, but they charge a lot! I know that they deliver your cleaned items to you, as well, which could be useful for busy people who work 9-7 like I do.

Bryan's is an excellent dry cleaning service with one or two satellite locations in Pasadena. I had a situation where I had just dropped off two suits and found out the next day I needed them back by the next evening due to a family emergency. They were very accomodating and rushed the cleaning so I had the suits back in time. Pleasant family run environment and a pleasure to to business with.

This is one of the few dry cleaners I have been to where my clothes actually smell clean when they come back. They are on the expensive side, but I think it is worth it for a job well done! They also have very good customer service. They stretched out a dress of mine and had no problem altering it, whereas many other cleaners I have been to who have ruined clothes have given me a hard time about correcting their mistakes.

good job cleaning My recent favorite place to dry clean. Does a good job, and even repairs sewing! Leaves some dust hairs on clothes, but minimal. Small parking lots at both the Pasadena and San Marino locations which are not very convenient.

Fed up with damaged shirts I've used Bryan's for several years, mostly for the convenience of home pick-up and delivery. Their deliveryman knows where to pickup and drop off the bags, and I don't have to be there, so it's quite a time-saver. They generally do a decent job. BUT -- on at least 8-10 occasions through the years I get shirts back w/ serious tears in them that they didn't have when they left my house. These are always button-down collar shirts, and the tears are near one button or the other, visible, not reparable... read more
