Dr. Standifer-Barrett definitely gets 5 stars from me!!! My sister referred me to her, and she has exceeded my expectations. Her bedside manner and follow up with her clients is unmatched!!! What doctor follows up with you at 7:30pm on a Friday night because it was important to her to have discussion regarding your concerns? None!!! The only thing that I hate is that she doesn't have room to take on more patients because I would certainly refer her to my village. Dr. Standifer-Barrett is an amazing doctor and truly cares for her patients. I hadn't had a PCP in years so my first visit a few years ago I was a little nervous, but she was so kind and welcoming. I am so thankful for her expertise given my age and some of my current health concerns.
After speaking with Dr. Standifer, I feel better with the encounters I have with the front desk. Hopefully that can change so we as patients can get the care we need to be as healthy as we can be. Thanks again for calling me personally and getting an understanding on my care.
I agree with the most recent reviews. I was excited to meet this provider because of the positive google reviews and her instagram account. But I had a very mediocre experience. She rushed through the appointment and did not ask me a single follow-up question (and I had serious medical concerns I shared with her). Also, I had to message her to ask about some abnormal blood results that came back. And this was a week after the results came back. My impression is that she is burnt out, which I can appreciate.
