Im from the Chicago area where Dr. Lapinsky practiced before moving. I came to him because my foot totally turned outwards and it was hard to walk. He did my surgery successfully but told me I needed to continue and put a new ankle in my foot. I trusted him because he told me he had done the surgery before.
