Dr. Watanabe and most of his hygienists are nice people and do a good job. However his front desk staff is a nightmare to deal with. Disorganized is not a strong enough word to describe the dysfunction of this office. Appointments are constantly canceled and rescheduled. They never bill my insurance correctly. When I had to have some minor surgery done, I had to constantly call the office to get them to send my insurance the correct paperwork. It’s not worth the hassle. Full dentures. Dr Brian Watanabe is so kind, reassuring and a total perfectionist! Hes not satisfied until you're 100% satisfied! I love the staff too. Clean office. Never have to wait long either. Absolutely FIVE STARS!
