Dr. Beisel was wonderful. She took me seriously, was empathetic, and she prescribed meds to hold me over until I could follow up with my primary care office to get a specialist referral.

Was just in the office with a towel of blood from slicing my finger open and the receptionist informed me she was having computer issues and they were closing in a few minutes and could not see me.
I took my daughter in because of flu like symptoms with fever. Was told she was the 3rd patient that day to exhibit those symptoms. The doctor said she could run strep, covid, and strep tests but it seemed unnecessary since my daughter had the same issues as the last patients. She told my daughter ( college student) to take over the counter meds, gave her a script for an inhaler to help my daughter breathe and sent her home. 2 days later, my daughter's fever was spiking over 104° and her breathing had worsened. Drove in from Milford with a possible broken wrist and they don't have anyone working that can do an x-ray. What's the point of urgent care if they can't even do an x-ray?? Next time I'll just go to Lincoln first.
