I appreciate when he speaks confidently - ruling in or out possibilities. I equally appreciate when he is unsure and advises best next steps to learn more. I also value how he presents himself - surely professional. Perhaps even more important to me - caring and kind.
This was my first encounter with Dr. Nelson for a video chat. He was prompt, friendly, and answered my question about a bite I got and why it was spreading. I left feeling satisfied with the answers and secure in knowing it was nothing serious. The chat lasted less than 10 minutes, so he was efficient with our time.
Dr. Nelson is great! He is professional, very caring, and is good at explaining medical concepts so they are more easily understood.
