These guys were AWESOME! I must’ve called 20 locksmiths to help me get a new key for my four wheeler. Everyone else was rude and didn’t care if I offered to meet them. I found Bryan & Sons on google and called them. They were polite and very helpful. In a world where people are no longer nice, nor care about good customer service, Y’all still do! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Brandon went above and beyond on customer service! First, he was willing to meet several hours after the shop had closed, and he was there exactly when he said he’d be—he even called to confirm in advance. Then, when the lock wasn’t cooperating, he found a solution and didn’t charge extra for having to come back. Thank you! I will recommend y’all to everyone.
