Everything that V.J said is exactly the experience I am having. Haven't even been with them 3 weeks. I have had 7 aides. Half didn't even stay for the full time. Then there were 2 days none even showed up. They did want to do errands. I was also told that I had to give the aide cash to do my food shopping and not my credit card. DON'T THINK SO. There liscence really needs to be revocated.

It should be negative 15 but 1 is the lowest rating permitted. Michelle is incompetent, rude,ignorant, and uncaring. Those are the nicest words I can use to describe her. She is a liar. She will call and tell you an aid is coming knowing full well she does not have anyone available. The department of health and the office of the aging should revoke their license to operate.
